(“WB”) would like to include your artwork, cosplays, physical builds, photo mode captures etc., and your full name alone with your social media account handle(s) (collectively the “Material”) to advertise/promote “HOGWARTS LEGACY” (the “Game”). By checking the box above, you are agreeing to our right to use the Material without compensation now or in the future and that you are 18 years of age or older, and that WB owns or is the licensee of the rights to the Game and you will make no claims or demands based upon our use. You represent and warrant that the Material is original and other than the WB’s rights referenced above, does not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement.

If you are under 18, then you must have your parent or legal guardian respond on your behalf.
